These Terms govern the development and beta version of SIGVORA Crew. The operator information will be updated when SIGVORA S.L. is incorporated.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the SIGVORA Crew portal, Crew ID, professional profile, document capture, verification, sharing and related maritime services. By creating an account, the user confirms that these Terms have been read and accepted.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. Anyone acting for another person or organisation must be authorised to do so.

3. SIGVORA services

SIGVORA provides digital infrastructure for maritime identity, qualifications, career records, document review and controlled information-sharing. Functions may include a Crew ID, camera-based document capture, QR checks, preliminary automated analysis, human or issuer verification, readiness information, profile sharing and vessel assignments.

SIGVORA is not an employer, crewing agency, flag authority, training provider, medical authority or document issuer unless expressly identified as such for a specific service.

4. Accounts and security

Each person may use only their own account. Registration information must be accurate and current. Credentials must be kept confidential. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to info@sigvora.eu.

5. User information and documents

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of submitted information. Documents must belong to the user or be submitted with proper authority. Forged, altered, misleading, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised third-party documents are prohibited.

6. Verification status

Uploading or analysing a document does not make it verified. Automated checks are preliminary only. An authoritative status requires the review method shown by SIGVORA and may involve an issuer, approved surveyor, medical provider, training centre or authorised human reviewer.

Verification reflects a defined review at a particular time. It is not a permanent guarantee and does not replace checks required by employers, vessels, flag states or authorities.

7. Automated analysis

Optical character recognition, QR detection and similar tools may extract or compare information and can make mistakes. SIGVORA does not treat a preliminary automated result as the sole authoritative verification decision.

8. Medical information

Medical certificates and related information receive restricted access. Users must not upload another person's medical information without proper authority and a lawful basis. A displayed medical status is not medical advice.

9. Controlled sharing

Users control the permitted profile sections, subject to security restrictions. Share links must be treated as confidential. Recipients may not reuse or distribute information beyond the permitted purpose.

10. Vessel and organisation access

Vessel access and assignments require applicable confirmation and verification. A SIGVORA listing does not create employment. Organisations may access only information allowed by their role and authorisation.

11. Acceptable use

12. Annual membership and payments

Registration, account verification and the Crew profile are free. The additional Crew ID functions shown as membership functions require an active annual membership outside any expressly announced free beta period. The standard price is €30 net plus €6.30 IVA, €36.30 total, for one twelve-month period. Payment is made through a Revolut payment link. The membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

The payment remains pending in SIGVORA until it has been matched with the Revolut transaction and confirmed. Once confirmed, the twelve-month access period and included Token are booked to the member account. Mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Only a 100% promotion is currently supported for annual membership. It grants one free twelve-month period without opening a payment checkout or creating an automatic renewal.

13. Token, content and referrals

SIGVORA Token are internal usage credits, not cryptocurrency, electronic money or a cash balance. The standard purchase rate is 10 Token per €1 net, with the applicable IVA displayed at checkout. Each activated annual period currently includes 50 Token. For paid user content, 80% of the Token price is credited to the creator and 20% to the SIGVORA network.

Each user may share one personal referral code. The displayed reward is credited to the inviter only after the invited account completes its first paid annual plan. Self-referrals, duplicate or artificial accounts, coordinated abuse and referrals attached after the qualifying payment do not qualify. SIGVORA may block or reverse a reward where fraud, refund or chargeback is established.

14. Intellectual property

SIGVORA software, branding and original platform content are protected. Users retain rights in their material and grant SIGVORA only the permission needed to store, process, display and verify it for the requested service.

15. Beta availability

Development and beta functions may change, be unavailable or contain errors. SIGVORA may perform maintenance, improve security or correct results. Users should retain independent copies of important records.

16. Suspension and closure

SIGVORA may restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful use or material breach. Users may request closure, subject to legal retention and security or audit requirements.

17. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SIGVORA is not responsible for independent employment, hiring, vessel-entry, certification or medical decisions, or for loss caused by inaccurate submissions, unauthorised sharing or reliance on a preliminary status.

18. Changes

Material changes will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details. Renewed acceptance will be requested where required.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law without removing mandatory consumer rights. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts serving the operator's location in Mallorca, Spain.

20. Contact
